Return and Refund

1. General Policy
Our courses are digital and accessible immediately after purchase. As such, standard refunds do not apply once content is accessed. We offer clear descriptions and previews where possible to support informed decisions. Please read course details carefully before purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted only if the course was not accessed at all or if there was a verified technical issue. Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment. The user must provide proof of the issue and transaction. Each request will be individually reviewed.

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, users must email our support team with the course name, date of purchase, and reason. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days. We’ll notify users via email once resolved.

4. Partial Refunds
We do not issue partial refunds for partially completed courses. Once a user has accessed core content, the course is considered active. In some exceptional cases, store credit may be issued. All decisions are final once communicated.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not offered for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or unmet personal expectations. We provide full course outlines to help avoid mismatches. Technical issues caused by user devices or internet connections are not eligible. Our support team can help resolve these separately.

6. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is issued, access to the course will be revoked. Users must refrain from downloading or using the content post-refund. Violation of this may result in permanent platform suspension. We rely on user integrity to maintain fairness.

7. Support for Refund Requests
If you're unsure whether you're eligible, our team is happy to review your case. We aim for fair and transparent handling. Please provide complete and honest information. Incomplete submissions may delay the process.

8. Policy Updates
This policy may be revised to reflect platform changes or regulatory updates. The latest version is always available on this page. Users should review it periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current policy.
